Ilyushin IL-18 Aborted take off
An Ilyushin IL-18 Coot ( Alada D2-FFR) Operated by DHL aborts takeoff from the 8202 ft long airstrip at Cabinda, West Africa. The pilot has done an excellent job; - there's a busy public road beyond the boundary fence,less than 50 metres from the end of the runway. Please don't ask me why he aborted; Sorry, I simply don't know. I have been advised that in point of fact this is a (former) IL-22 airborne command post stripped of mission equipment - note the fin tip pod which regular IL-18s do not have. Karting Eefde Helmetcamera
*WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY!* Een dagje karten bij Karting Eefde, met een camera in mijn helm gemaakt. Datum: 17 Oktober 2008 Camera: Flycamone2 Kartbaan Eefde Het was eerste keer met Camera, dus was even testen, eerste ronde niet vol gas want wilde weten hoeveel de camera aan kon (qua trillen etc.) Door achteraf te kijken leer je een hoop. Ben later nog eens geweest, toen karten in de regen, toen had ik (mede door deze video + comments) gewoon volgas hele tijd, beetje slippen door de bochten maar het was het waard. Dus bedankt voor de tips/ comments!

Stayokay hostel Apeldoorn
Het hostel heeft vijf rustige vleugels waarin de slaapkamers liggen, allemaal met eigen douche en toilet. Aan de bar en op het terras is het altijd gezellig en in het restaurant worden heerlijke diners geserveerd. Voor speciale gelegenheden bereiden de koks feestelijke buffetten of barbecues.
